1. General Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the provision of services, including the design, supply, and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery storage, and associated ancillary services ("Services") by Your Solar Company ("The Company") to the client ("The Customer").

By accepting a Quotation and making the initial deposit, the Customer agrees to be bound by these T&C in their entirety.

2. Quotations, Pricing, and Payment

2.1 Validity and Pricing

• All quotations provided by The Company are valid for thirty (30 days) from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
• The quoted price is based on the information provided by the Customer and a preliminary site assessment. The Company reserves the right to revise the price if a final physical site survey reveals unforeseen structural, electrical, or access complexities.

2.2 Payment Structure

• An initial non-refundable deposit (typically 20-30% of the total cost) is required upon acceptance of the Quotation to secure component ordering and commence design work.
• An interim payment may be required upon delivery of major components (e.g., panels, inverter, battery) to the Customer's site.
• The final payment (remaining balance) is due immediately upon successful system commissioning and hand-over to the Customer, irrespective of the subsidy status (see Section 4).

3. Installation, Commissioning, and Completion

• The Customer is responsible for providing safe, clear, and unhindered access to the installation site (roof, inverter location, etc.) during agreed-upon working hours.
• The Company shall aim to complete the installation within the estimated timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, utility approvals, unforeseen component supply chain issues).
• The Company is responsible for minor damage caused by its workers during installation. However, The Company is not responsible for damage to pre-existing fragile roof tiles, structures, or wiring not explicitly disclosed by the Customer.

4. Subsidies and Government Incentives

• The Company will assist the Customer in filing the necessary subsidy applications (e.g., MNRE, State Schemes) by providing required documentation and liaising with the relevant authorities (DISCOM).
• The Company does not guarantee the approval, amount, or timeline of any subsidy, as these factors are controlled by external governmental bodies.
• The subsidy amount, if approved, will be disbursed directly to the Customer's bank account by the relevant government body, not routed through The Company.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Warranties Provided

• Product Warranty: As per the respective manufacturer's terms (typically 25 years for panels, 5-10 years for inverters/batteries).
• Workmanship Warranty: A minimum of five (5) years provided by The Company on the installation quality and mounting structure.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the solar system, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of grid access, or changes in utility rates.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing State/Country, e.g., India]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in H. No.76, Village - Kherki Manakpur, P.O. - Shahzadpur, Tehsil Naraingarh, Ambala, Haryana, 134202, India.
